Virtual Idol: Fernando

AI | Digital Design | Erotic Art


An exploration of the possibilities created by the collision of the latest AI technologies with advanced 3D modeling and animation techniques. I demonstrate how the use of virtual Avatars can help drive engagement and create opportunities for businesses and content creators in the digital world. It focuses on three distinct realms where an Avatar can have commercial impact: Digital Fashion, VR Porn, and Influencer Marketing.

For this project:

- I worked with digital fashion designers to produce fashion photoshoots and runway shows in the virtual world created using Unity/Unreal utilizing Avatars to showcase digital products. Demonstrating the use of virtual production to reduce the cost in the fashion industry.

- Through the diversity of Avatars, I created erotic immersive experiences for virtual reality audiences, particularly for those in the underrepresented LGBTQ+ communities.

- I contacted some emerging e-commerce brands to use Avatars to promote products and services through social media and other digital platforms at a reduced cost compared to living models.

Dream Delivery

Dream Delivery is a single-player VR game made with Unity. Players need to complete training in order to get qualified to deliver dreams in three locations, at varying levels of difficulty. They use controllers to grab materials and use strategy to place objects in building roads.



Jack and the Beanstalk

Jack and the Beanstalk is a light-hearted, first-person, climbing VR game made with Unity. The player as Jack, climbs the towering beanstalks with both hands, and collects as many gold coins as possible in three minutes.



Disco Universe Adventure

Disco Universe Adventure is an endless-runner game with haptic inputs made using Unity. Through sensors on the belt and gloves, the player controls the avatar to attack, jump, and duck with body movements. Set in a retro and sci-fi disco environment, the goal is to run to your queen as fast as possible.

New and innovative visual treatments are attracting fine art photographers and audiences. Especially in fashion photography, a growing number of “photo works” are created using various new technologies and used for commercial or independent projects.



To the Moon, Next Life

VR | Unreal Engine | Immersive Experience


This XR Installation is an immersive storytelling experience where the audience reviews three memories of their lifetime after their death. The space and installation are designed and set to be the area between life and death, where the dead can go pass through to the next life. The memories from different moments are loaded on four VR headsets. Audiences are able to experience them and construct the whole story.



MUSHROOM

VR | Unreal Engine | Immersive Experience


This is a first-person VR experience, produced using Unreal Engine 5 and Motion Capture. Set in a bamboo forest, it tells the story of a gay man's sexual fantasy that begins after he eats magic mushrooms (hallucinogens). It's all about fun and sex, nothing serious!
